How does invoicing work for NDIS participants?

  1. Confirm your eligibility

    Check if your plan includes meal preparation and delivery support, and confirm with your plan manager or the NDIA that our frozen packs qualify, as they still need liquid and blending.

  2. Place your order

    Simply browse our menu and pick your favourites, then get in touch so we can check your invoice requirements before you place your order.

  3. Claim your reimbursement

    Follow your plan’s claim process for approved preparation and delivery costs, using the agreed itemised invoice; food and ingredients remain your own expense.

Support at Home

A little help at home

If you are on the Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages), our individual frozen smoothie packs make it easy to enjoy delicious, nutritious smoothies at home.

Check with your aged care provider whether your plan includes meal preparation and delivery, and whether our ready-to-blend packs can be included; your provider can confirm your costs and any required contribution.
